The season finale for season 3 of Pretty Little Liars airs this Tuesday. The episode is titled, “A Dangerous gAme.” I’ve added lots of episode stills of Lucy to the gallery. You can also watch a promo of the episode in case you missed it, below.
The Liars are seeing red as they attempt to put an end to the game… Spencer is back home and putting up a good front, but Aria, Hanna and Emily are not so sure their friend is fully back after seeing how fragile she was just a day or so before. Unfortunately the girls dont have much time to ponder Spencer’s health as shocking revelations are brought to the forefront. With so much happening and new information being uncovered, will the liars be ready for what is waiting for them?
Airs Tuesday, March 19th, at 8/7C on ABC Family
It’s not uncommon for stars of the small screen to dip their toes into the music industry: Miley Cyrus started on Disney’s Hannah Montana before she become a full-fledged recording artist; Gossip Girl‘s Leighton Meester dropped a handful of singles back in 2009 and 2010; and Shameless‘ Emmy Rossum just released her second album. Now you can add Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale to the mix, as the actress has been in Nashville for the past few weeks recording a country album while on hiatus before shooting her ABC Family show’s fourth season. (Season 3 is currently airing, and season 4 will launch in June.)
How does Hale describe the album? “It’s country,” she explains plainly, of what she’s recording. “We definitely have more mainstream songs, but then we have songs that are straight-up country.”
Hale is hoping that she surprises people with what she puts out. “I think it’s gonna shock a lot of people actually, so it’s really exciting.”
If you’re hoping to learn a song title or two now, though, prepare to be disappointed. “Oh my gosh, they won’t even let me release song titles,” she says. But one song in particular stands out to Hale, and she’s happy to talk about it a bit. “It’s a song about how I’ve always been a girl’s girl and I’ve always rooted for other girls and never had a problem with jealousy,” she says. “It’s just about the everyday battles that all women go through. It’s a uniting feeling for women and how that, at the end of the day, we’re all going through the same things. We should all be in it together.”
Could it be the next great country female anthem? “It’s really powerful and I think it will resonate with a lot of people and it shows me in a really vulnerable light and how I feel about myself,” she says, adding that it might just make you see her differently. “The image you see of me out in public is really different from who I am in real life. This is sort of an instant look at who Lucy really is. And I think that it’s a beautiful message.”
Hale says the music is coming soon — although the exact date is still TBD. “We’re hoping to have a single here in a couple of months — probably March or April. The album will come out this summer.”
Lucy has been eyed as a huge favorite for the portrayal of Anastasia Steel in the film adaption of Fifty Shades of Grey, along with Ian Somerhalder as Christian Grey. But Nina Dobrev is hoping that Lucy won’t be the one to play Ana. Read the article below to find out why!
As we cruise on into 2013 casting rumors are heating up over the much anticipated film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey. Hands down Ian Somerhalder is leading every poll out there as absolute fan favorite for being cast in the role of Christian Grey. The Vampire Diaries star also shot a series of short films recently that prove the actor most definitely can pull off the role of the sharply dressed, cut throat businessman with a penchant for whips and chains.
His real life love, Nina Dobrev also seems to think that her man would be absolutely perfect for the role, but she is none too happy with one of his potential costars. The role of Anastasia Steele is as pivotal as Mr. Grey and she needs to be portrayed by a young actress that can blur the lines between innocent and hardcore bad girl. A new name has surfaced amongst fans and they could be right, Lucy Hale might just BE Ana. The actress has heated up the screen in cult classic hit show, Pretty Little Liars for the last few seasons and she, no doubt is ready to prove that she can take on a very adult role.
The big problem for Nina? She knows that Lucy is exactly the type of girl that Ian goes for. She’s thin, dark haired, stunning and smart. She and Ian seem to be very tight for now and really seem to enjoy their time together but who can blame Nina for not wanting her man to get down and dirty with Lucy on a film set?

This is so exciting!! Pretty Little Liars has been released for a fourth season. I can’t wait to see more episodes!
ABC Family has announced that they’ve renewed their highly-rated show, Pretty Little Liars, for a fourth season of 24 episodes. It’s expected to begin airing mid-2013.
Fans won’t have to wait that long to see the young ladies again however. A special Halloween episode is slated to air in a couple weeks, on Tuesday, October 23rd. On top of that, the remaining 11 episodes of season three are expected to start airing in January 2013.
“Pretty Little Liars” star Lucy Hale is expanding her horizons beyond her successful acting career and spreading her wings to (hopefully) soar into an equally successful music career.
The multitalented 23-year-old recently inked a recording deal with Hollywood Records, which is the same label that brought us the chart-topping vocal stylings of Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato.
MTV News was lucky enough to sit down with Hale recently for an exclusive chat about how she came to land a recording contract with Hollywood Records and what plans she has for her first album.

“Some people know, some people don’t know: I grew up performing, I grew up singing, and I never knew which route I was going to take,” said Hale, who first showcased her singing skills on the talent competition “American Juniors” in 2003. “Acting took off for a while and I booked ['Pretty Little Liars'], and I did a movie last year, ‘Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song,’ and I played a singer, and so that’s sort of how Hollywood [Records heard me].”
Hale then landed a meeting with Hollywood Records head Ken Bunt, who was eager to work with her and wanted to make the music Hale was most passionate about.
“I told him [I wanted to sing] country, so I’m going to do a country/pop album, and I couldn’t be more excited,” she said. “I grew up in Tennessee, so that’s always been my heart and soul. It’s hard to come across a true country fan in L.A., but it’s true that the fans are so loyal, once you’re in their circle, you’re in for your entire career. It just really speaks to me. Country music has so much soul and is so heartfelt. I think it’s a perfect fit for me. I think it will surprise people.”
So which country singers does Hale look to for inspiration?
“I love all [kinds of country artists], but comparing what my sound would be like? A Taylor Swift/ Carrie Underwood-ish hybrid? Obviously, I would kill to have their music careers,” she said. “I’m not saying I will have that career, but sound-wise, I would say it’s closest to that.”
Look for Hale’s first country album to hit the airwaves sometime next year.
Be sure to catch Lucy presenting on Fuse or MuchMusic on Sunday, June 17th at 9PM EST. US fans can watch this on their Fuse channels.

Lucy Hale always looks trendy and cute as Aria on Pretty Little Liars , but by the looks of her recentInstagram picture, it seems like she’s stepping up her game off screen.

Check out your very first look at Periwinkle — voiced by Lucy Hale — in Disney’s upcoming The Secret of the Wings!
In The Secret of the Wings, Tinker Bell and her fairy friends into the forbidden world of the mysterious Winter Woods, where curiosity and adventure lead Tink to an amazing discovery and reveal a magical secret that could change her world forever.
JustJaredJr.com hopped on the phone with Lucy to chat about her new magical role. Check it:
On voicing fairy Periwinkle: This was my first time ever doing a voiceover. I was a little nervous because it’s a bit different style of acting. I was ecstatic when they approached me. I mean, who wouldn’t want to do that [voice a fairy]? Periwinkle is a winter fairy and if you know the Tinker Bell movies, you know that Tinker Bell lives in the woods with all of her fairy friends who are similar in that environment. Periwinkle is a different type of fairy that hasn’t even been in the world of Tinker Bell.”
On the movie: The movie is basically about them crossing over into each others worlds and getting to know each other. Periwinkle is basically the mirror image of Tinker Bell. The only major difference is that she lives in winter. She’s curious, adventurous and really happy. I had such a good time. It was a really fun role to play.”
On seeing Periwinkle for the first time: “Before we even started, they gave me a picture of what Periwinkle looked like. She’s really cute — very pixie like. She’s got this cropped hair do and has these little capris on. Tinker Bell wears a green outfit and Periwinkle wears a blue outfit that’s very similar. They look pretty similar.”
The Secret of the Wings is set to hit shelves on DVD and Bluray on October 23rd.
